Anita Morin (English)

Following a lengthy illness, Anita Henriette Morin of Aroostook, NB, passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on Sunday, April 28, 2024.

Anita was born in Grand Falls, NB, on February 26, 1948. She was the daughter of the late Laurent and Catherine Michaud. Anita leaves behind her husband, Gui Morin; her daughter, Micheline Morin of St-André, NB; her sons, Patrick Morin (Angela) of Stittsville, ON, and Mario Morin of French Lake, NB; her grandchildren, Andy, Caleb, Colby, Robin, and Christine; her sister, Irene Michaud of Cap-de-la-Madeleine, QC; he brother, Réal Michaud of Shawinigan, QC; along with several nieces and nephews.

Anita was predeceased by her parents; her daughter, Mireille Morin; her sister, Diane Michaud; her brother, Roland Michaud.

Funeral service was held on Friday, May 3, 2024, at 2 pm from Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. Father Gilbert Doddatto celebrated. Interment followed in the parish cemetery.

A eulogy was given by Solange Morin. The urn was carried by Patrick Morin.

Arrangements were entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover, NB.
